Without doubt the worst sports station broadcasting in the Uk ever. I guarentee , if you randomly tune in at any hour of the day or night, within seconds Arsenal will be discussed. God alone knows what it'll be like when the gunners have been thrashed again.
It isn't anything as a station really, thick and I mean thick fat slobs like Brazil and that vomit inducing quinny. Its a london centred van adverising, builders merchant flogging pile of ****.
everything revolves around betting, they scrape the **** from the pundit pile and ruin everything. A truly hideous business.
There are no redeeming features, not hawksby and jacobs, not durham and cake mouthed gough who can't even speal properly.

Surely there is a place to cover the most popular sport in the Uk who can come up with something better than this dog **** of a station.

i will, but the main concern is the lackof alernatives, surely there should be decent media wise, this is particularly bad because if their claim is accurate that they have somany listeners, then, like the sun newspaper, they can be potentially influential. these **** have attempted to hound managers from their posts. it creates a filthy groundswell of opinion.

A useful on the road yellow pages for Selco builders warehouse and Autoglass. Their phone ins invariably attract shouty cockneys with nothing whatsoever to add to a debate that's been manufactured by presenters looking to create an argument.

The business model means it can only be utter BS: a 24hour radio station 95% dedicated to football paid for only by ad money. Go figure.

That's why it's just betting companies and builders merchants, and they don't even pay much so you can only afford the cheapest cr8p programming to fill your air time for which there is far too much even for football to stay interesting.

the sun newspaper used to have 12 million readers, it was dire, a rag for the ant and dec generation in latter years, but dangerously, it did affect the voting outcome of elections, Murdoch met would be part leaders prior to their campaigns. That is disgusting. This utter slop, sounds popular, i hope to god its not as big as it claims, it insults the intelligence. I am afraid it is the thin end of a shoddy wedge. It is the presenters that kill it. I have it on in the background at work to get the scores, but some of the drivel spouted is so crap I don't understand how they don't realise it. They always play good cop/bad cop, with one of them taking up a position so preposterous that even a child would laugh at them. Then they argue with each other as if there is something to argue about. If journalism is cheap, then this is the cheapest of all.

It was at it's best when Terry Christian was presenting. He used to completely rip the p1ss out of Londoners and plastics. Now the show is like everything else, catering for the plastics, made solely for viewing figures.

Lowest common denominator, as mentioned earlier by other posters, we're seeing it everywhere.
