Re: Man Utd 23rd April
My wife very kindly, got me a trip to Las Vegas for Easter as a 60th / Xmas present, and never looked at the fixtures. I was praying that they could dump Chelsea out of the cup and get it postponed but .......
I should be uber happy, and I am, but a part of me is gutted. Still the season ticket isn't going to waste.
I shall be watching the Clarets in McMullans Irish Pub, which I am told is the best pub for sport in Vegas. Hopefully Vegas Claret can confirm.

Just been Vegas Crown and Anchor, 1350 Tropicana Avenue. They are open even though it will be early morning with the eight hour time difference. Decent food and every game will be on.

Seems a shame to see 3 seats empty for one of the games of the season.

Would have been my brother George's 71st birthday on this day.
I've asked him to put in a good word for us with the big man.

Re: Man Utd 23rd April
I agree Macca. Unfortunately my wife, son and daughter who would normally use them are with me in Spain. Living in Chester there are lots of people who would love to use them but they are Utd fans and I'd rather see them empty than go to that lot.MACCA wrote:Can you not find a family/friend/neighbour to use them?

Re: Man Utd 23rd April
Contact the club and let them either release the seats or possibly even ask them to donate the tickets to a local family/school etc, even give them out as a prize. Seems a waste.CaptJohn wrote:I agree Macca. Unfortunately my wife, son and daughter who would normally use them are with me in Spain. It is hard to give them away due to your location, advertise them on here, I'm sure they're a few clarets living around Chester.

ASGs Noted. Logistics are difficult on this one.
How do I get the tickets to you? Possibly illegal anyway
How do I get the tickets back?
Scratching my head on this one as I would like them to be used for such a big game

I'm sure with a little donation to the Uptheclarets youth foundation ClaretTony could sort the safe return of your Season ticket cards as he goes in the same stand.

Cheers, JM
I'm working on a solution.
Unfortunately I won't be there on Saturday but say hello when I'm next on, which should be against WBA.

Re: Man Utd 23rd April
Another vote for the Crown and Anchor in Vegas. I've been in there watching the Clarets away at Swansea in 2014, late August. They'll be serving breakfast, will be open, and will have the game on. Unlike many of the other places that advertise that they show EPL in Vegas. It's a way off the strip and when you leave get them to book you a cab or book an uber, they can't do street pickups.COTTY wrote:.
