Foundation Bar
Foundation Bar
Heard rumours that the Foundation members won't be able to use the bar in the JML next season as it will be used for corporate entertainment.
The bar could be shifted to the sports hall or the fan zone I've heard.........anyone in the know about what's happening?

Re: Foundation Bar
I do hope not. I like the Foundation bar where it is. Nice to see the Turf and players warming up whilst having a pre-match pint.

Re: Foundation Bar
As a foundation member if this happens I would not renew my membership. We pay the club each year and they keep taking things away from us . Loyalty should be rewarded not shoved into the background.

Re: Foundation Bar
Very unlikely to move to the fanzone. Packed as it is, plus I think you need to have a fan zone to comply with the fair play league.

Re: Foundation Bar
Since I signed up to the Foundation 2 years ago I have never heard a thing from the Club (aside from seeing the direct debit disappear each month). I didn't know there even was a special bar and I wouldn't know how to get any priority on away tickets.

Re: Foundation Bar
We heard that the room would be sold next year to corporate a few games ago.
The club are not going to tell us anything because they are Sh1t at customer communications. We are classed as the dross that turn up every week.
They also know many people will cancel the DD as soon as we know for certain.

Re: Foundation Bar
My step father has stopped going in there and stopped his DD to the Foundation. He got ****** off with going in there, finding tables with chairs all around and a hat/coat/bag on each chair. Then there were loads of tables with no chairs, as they had all been moved to surround a few tables. He spoke to the people in the bar a few times and they were either unable or unwilling to do anything about it. I dont blame him for taking his custom elsewhere.
