5 05 MODERNISM 5/1 GENERALLY win bet
Owner Marwan Koucash loves chester and when asked earlier in the week his best chance of a winner all week he nominated this one…he has good course
Form and a very capable claiming jockey…nicely handicapped as well.

6 40 TRANQUIL STAR 6/1 GENERALLY ew bet
When this one made her debut she was jockey mosse’s only ride of the week as he is a friend of the owner….significant that he is over to ride her again…the 2nd fav
Glittering jewel also ran in that race and finished ahead of her but the applebly filly was probably tuned up more for that race as is the stables norm….the fav
In this race is mori…a frankel filly…trained by stoute with moore riding but she has a soft ground action and easier ground would be better.

7 15 WINNING WAYS 7/2 GENERALLY win bet
Made my notebook last time staying on best over 7 furlongs despite being on the slower part of the track…this stiff 7f looks ideal.
