Was talking to a Huddersfield fan who doesn't really rate Wells.

Crikey - these playoffs to the top flight, has never been decided by a penalty shootout.

Well I would say Huddersfield deserve to win over the 120 mins, Reading created nowt and played the entire extra time for pens.......

I think Reading will win but hope they don't

It should be a case of golden goal now. Each team shoots towards their own fans and next goal wins. Too much for one person, that ultimately misses the penalty, to take the blame for losing a £170 million game.

Dross second half.

Cannot say neither of these teams will stay up. This is one game and a big, nervous one. I have watched Huddersfield a few times this year and they are far better than Sunderland, although that's no yard stick

They get paid enough to put up with pressure like this.

Agree. While I'm delighted for Huddersfield I'm not convinced getting promoted to the Premier League on two games won by penalties is good for the game.

You have to feel a bit for Reading fans. They did a pitch invasion in 2014, thinking they'd made the playoffs, but they hadn't.

And now when they do finish in the playoffs, they get beat on a penalty shootout.

Good for them. Unusual in that they had completely lost momentum before the play offs, but they ground it out over 3 matches and held their nerve in two penalty shoot outs. But that was the easy bit.......

My thoughts exactly. Penalty shoot outs are only good if you're a rubbish team against a good one in the FA Cup, like us vs Chelsea a few years back.

They've had a bit of a bad do in the playoffs reading haven't they. Remember Bolton beating them in the days of Owen Coyle, swansea hammered them and now this. Three Wembley defeats is tough to take. Pleased for me majeski though.

Motorway route is the more obvious. But a crap drive especially if you hit traffic. Apart from when you drive past the house in the middle of the motorway which still always raises a laugh thinking of the stubborn ******* who let them build a motorway around his house.
