Re: Trump's Lies
FBI impeach him? This is how I know you're not all that engaged in the topic. Please do the most basic of research if you're going to ask if someone like Trump is a crook then how can he possibly not already be impeached? Have a look to see how long it took to get Nixon out of office from the beginning of the investigation into him. I've already told you once already but it obviously hasn't clicked, so have a look yourself online. Have a look and see how long it took to impeach Clinton for lying about a blowjob from when that investigation got started. Do that and then come back and apologise for suggesting that if Trump hasn't been kicked out after a couple of months of being under investigation that he must be innocent.Sidney1st wrote:Now they can't, but I'm not that interested in what either side do to the extent you're beating yourself into a frenzy about it.
IF he's doing what you claim he's doing, why's he still president?
If someone like you can see it, why hasn't the FBI or senate impeached him yet?
Ah wait, would it be because his kids are now technically running his business empire?
Its been rumoured for years that the Clinton's earned plenty of money from Bills presidency and I suspect it would've carried on if Hilary had made it in there.
You never seem to be that arsed about them though.
Would you have flogged that to death the way you are Trump?
Or doesn't that suit your political leaning?
Why hasn't the Senate impeached him? Well, atleast you've found the body of people who can impeach a president: congress. Now have a look and see what party controls both the House of Representatives and the Senate. Then have a look and see how many votes it takes in the Republican controlled Senate to remove the Republican president.
And yes, i'm really sorry i wasn't posting on here during the Clinton presidency about the Clinton Foundation (a ******* charity) receiving money. You also don't hear me going on about Pres. Reegan either. Or Bush. Or Johnson. Or Nixon, Or Carter. Can't imagine why. I wonder what's different about their presidencies to Trump's. The internet, maybe? And if you think i'm ideologically biased against right-wing presidents, have a look on CM (it'll take you a while cos their seach sucks) for my posts about Obama and his unmanned flying freedom dispensers. My political ******* leaning? Go **** yourself

Re: Trump's Lies
Obama on Obamacare: "You can keep you doctor if you want to". Turns out he's wrong and the right wing press batter him for it, as they liked to do.
Trump on Trumpcare: "No one will lose coverage". Turns out 22 million will lose their health insurance and the right wing press are nowhere to be seen.
One rule for President Blackenstein but quite another for the walking wotsit.
But the problem is CNN because they retracted a story

Nothing CNN do is fake news. They might get things wrong, but never intentionally so. But while they sometimes get things wrong they also sometimes get things brilliantly right.

i love Obamacare. Only costs me $800 a month plus the first $18000 then the only company ( Florida Blue) supplying Florida kindly offer me a 60/40 copay. Bargain which I am compelled by law to have. So obviously any new health care system is never going to compete with that. As for the swamp lets start with the 6 feet 9 inch plug.

Re: Trump's Lies
It's probably because you think fake news is every example of news that is wrong, it's not. Fake news is lies deliberately made to look like real news. When CNN, NBC, BBC, NYT, WaPo or even ******* Buzzfeed etc get something wrong they'll retract it because they didn't intend to get it wrong. That's not being fake, that's just not being perfect. News organisations have never been perfect but the respectable ones will issue retractions and won't celebrate publicly when other organisations have to retract, because they'll have to retract a story sooner or later.MG70 wrote:Go on, explain why that is.
But those viral "articles" shared on Facebook talking about how Trump had been endorsed by the Pope? That's fake news. It was intended to lie to you and present itself as news when infact it was propaganda and not even remotely true.
When you call respectable news organisations "fake news" after they've done what respectable news organisations have always done when they get a story wrong you reduce your credibility to zero. Likewise when you dismiss an organisation as being "anti-Trump" just because they report negatively on Trump. How many ideas for positive stories can you think of regarding that guy?

You're not compelled to have it by law. The SCOTUS ruling struck down the individual mandate as a penalty but said it survived as a tax.FCBurnley wrote:i love Obamacare. But regardless, do you honestly think that the AHCA is going to make things better for you? How much did health care cost you prior to Obamacare?

Re: Trump's Lies
TBH, the problems with Health coverage in America are nothing to do with Obamacare or any new plan, they are all caused by the highly inflated cost of drugs/treament. I had my quarterly basic blood test last week and the invoiced price from the lab was just under $150. My insurance discount took this down to $13 !!!! which is the price I paid. Charge $13 in the first place and nobody would need insurance. America is the biggest buyer of over the counter drugs in the world and until the massively inflated prices are negotiated down by the Government , nothing will change. My wife had mini stroke recently and was given 2 Ibrupofen tablets to take prior to leaving the hospital. Charge $102. When we queried the charge we were told they charged that amount `because they could`
Re: Trump's Lies
Interesting point you raise about the cost of Ibuprofen. Too many people are given drugs via their GP, such as Paracetamol, which they can get in a supermarket for about 40p yet as a prescription, it will be billed for over £8. Simply because it has been prescribed by a doctor.FCBurnley wrote:TBH, the problems with Health coverage in America are nothing to do with Obamacare or any new plan, they are all caused by the highly inflated cost of drugs/treament. The problem American healthcare has is that it's not an industry that is focused on healthcare, it's specifically focused on denial of healthcare. Insurance companies make money from finding excuses not to pay up, whether it's car insurance, life insurance, home insurance and even health insurance. And even when government steps in to fix things it's still got to appease the insurance companies. That's why Obama couldn't get a public option, too many bought and paid-for congressmen and women, including some Democrats, rejected it.
But then a fair argument against government "solving" healthcare can be made by anyone who has seen this video.

You need an NHS over there, but America is never going to get one while they have a government that prioritises profit and corporations over people (i forgot "corporations are people, my friend"). We're even struggling to keep ours because our government is heading in that direction too.

Neither the UK nor the US systems work, maybe somewhere between the 2 might have a chance but probably not. Maybe there should be no insurance and no government help. Re: Trump's Lies
The UK system f.ucking well does work. It worked a whole lot better in 2010 before the deliberate drive to make it fail but despite that, and up until the point where the killing blow is delivered by the govt, it'll still be a functioning and cost effective service.
Anyone attempting to draw a false equivalence between the failures of the US and UK healthcare systems (or perhaps more accurately, a baseless and irrational appeal to an imagined middle-ground) is acquiescing to a jolly-good rape by insurance firms. (Conveniently, Tory party donors).

Re: Trump's Lies
Not worth another thread but Trump wasn't the name, address and party affiliation of every voter in America.

Re: Trump's Lies
Aside from the fact you've contributed sod all to this thread bar a reflex jab; if you were to look at the World and all its corruption and conclude without challenge that this is the way it ought to be for no reason other than the fact that it is then you're nothing more than a kowtowing submissive rent boy. I'd call you a limp-wristed acquiescing fag but liberals such as me are apparently snowflakes who object to the use of such language.Right_winger wrote:Thought this thread was titled trumps lies not turtles lies.

Libtards are good at making up utter shite. Away you go and protest about something, or declare outrage at any person/group who has achieved in life.Spiral wrote:Aside from the fact you've contributed sod all to this thread bar a reflex jab; if you were to look at the World and all its corruption and conclude without challenge that this is the way it ought to be for no reason other than the fact that it is then you're nothing more than a kowtowing submissive rent boy. No need, apart from I wouldn't know but since you appear to be pro SNP you might be better of asking them. They will know.Imploding Turtle wrote:If i ever need to learn how the world really worked in 1930s Germany i'll be sure to give you a call and ask for your opinions.

Don't forget that while being weak, faggoty little snowflakes we're simtaneously fascistic, violent, riotous, intolerant and full of hate.
