Colne v Burnley u23 kick off time

On this site kick off is stated as 7pm but on the Colne site it says 7-45pm. Can anyone confirm the correct kick off time?

Sorry I can't but get there for 7pm and you definitely won't miss the first half.

maybe it's a secret like Saturday's win at Barnoldswick

I got the 7 pm from Burnley but was pointed to Colne showing 7:45 an hour or so ago. I'm trying to find out which one is correct.
