Celta Vigo goals

Post by jtv » Wed Aug 02, 2017 5:25 pm

I am a great admirer of Stephen Defour, but watching Celta's goals from yesterday he turns his back on both shots. Not something that would endear him to Sean Dyche I would think

They were both good goals and appreciated by the crowd.

What alarmed me was how easy it was to get their crosses in from the right-hand side.

If someone was kicking a ball with that kind of power and pace in a friendly I'm not sure I'd be too keen to stick my chin out and try and stop it. :o

Tom would have saved the first. Pope got a full hand on it.
