Similar to January's window when we snatched Brady. Had we been struggling back then I doubt he'd have come. Time to ride the high and use the week wisely

Was saying this to the missus yesterday. Winning away at the Champions cannot harm our chances of attracting players who may have had doubts prior to the game.

Sunday People saying we are in talks with PSV with regards to signing French defender Nicolas Isimat-Mirin.
Reportedly for half the price we received for Michael Kane.

He never said that. A player who may have been reluctant to consider a move to Burnley, may be more open to the idea following a positive result away at the Champions of England. A potential signing would look more favourably on a move to us after that win than if we'd just got hammered 6-0. Nobody mentioned wages.
