I'm not certain. We visited it when we went to the Boleyn Ground and that involved getting off, then back on the tube at Mile End. Exmouth Arms, Crown and Anchor, Pack and Carriage, and Somerstown Coffee House are all good. All have a decent range of beers, although maybe slightly more pricey than the Bree (assuming you had a Camra card).
