Joe Gallagher. Sorry changed my mind to Ian Wright. That's if you ignore all john bonds signings from the retirement home

Brady's pass was better. It was the one touch control and finish I was referring to Gandhi, I had to watch it about a dozen times just to get my head round it!gandhisflipflop wrote:Which pass was better. Davis or Brady?

Ian Wright was one where I was genuinely excited for the prospect. I put Burnley on the map and was a brilliant signing all round.

Ian Wright, Wright Wright.
Others have gone on to wow me but he was the one who added a sparkle and ignited the club.

Ian Wright....the only time for me as well.
Was behind the goal at Gillingham when he scored his first for us, wonderful moment....."Ian Wright scores for Burnley" almost surreal at the time. Oxford away was his best Burnley game for me though. Brilliant.

Prior to actually playing, Ian Wright.
Growing up as a teenager in the 80's it was dire fare. Steve Davis (MKII) was way too good for the level we were at. Robbie Blake. Not many in recent memory though. Heaton and Keane were surprise wow's. The rest have been good to ok.

Same here....ian wright also, but 9million was a lorra cash!Falcon wrote:Gray. 9 million felt like crazy money. Strange how that would be considered a cheap deal just 2 years later with how the transfer market has been inflated.
