Having read past threads on here, I know we Clarets are a well travelled cosmopolitan lot and so I wondered if anyone had ever worked in a Swedish company?
I have an interview with a Swedish Bank in London next week and wanted to know what the office culture was like, whether to expect a relaxed atmosphere or a very regimented office culture?
Any pointers would be appreciated.
3 points today please UTC!!

They'll expect you to be able to assemble your own desk as a prerequisite...SurreyClaret99 wrote:Having read past threads on here, I know we Clarets are a well travelled cosmopolitan lot and so I wondered if anyone had ever worked in a Swedish company?

My other half works for a Swedish company and says it's pretty relaxed. Relaxed dress code etc and a generally collaborative way of working seeking to gain the consensus of everyone involved before making changes.
