Marseille PSG

Post by cricketfieldclarets » Sun Oct 22, 2017 9:08 pm

Anyone watching? Currently 1-1. Good equaliser from Neymar after an even better opener from Luis Gustavo who has been immense.

Marseille on top. Physical and very good on the ball. Atmosphere is good as it always is in Marseille but absolutely no away fans.

Great goal from Cavani - thought Marseille had nicked it.

Awful dive from him now which balances the other out. But exactly what is wrong with the game FFS!

You might want to watch the replay. Clearly pushes him (not to the extent the OM player does his Bernado Silva impression though)

Neymar has always been a petulant little ******

PSG 4 pts clear with that.

27 seconds between Neymars cards - another Andy Carroll moment. Marseille knew he would react to that.

He did touch him. Of course he did. It was a figure of speech though. He shoved his body and he went down clutching his face!

Anyone been to Monaco? Potty little freak of a ground, looks more like a multi storey car park. No way they naturally challenge for titles.

Don't see Monaco being anywhere near this season I'm afraid. Selling club. Can't be doing with PSG, hope they go bust at some stage

Yeah. But didnt bother going inside. Crap ground and another plastic club. Couldnt imagine being a big player playing there. Surely you would want to play in front of big crowds and suchlike. Granted they pay ridculously and the place itself is stunning!

It was deserved on the balance of play. The dive itself was a joke.

Marseille played well but PSG started to dominate for the last 20 or so. Luiz Gustavo was great for Marseille though.

Plucky away performance for a shoestring-budget team.
