Beautiful cross in the first half, which Barnes should have buried, once you've done it once and enjoyed it, you will continue to do it.

Has he ever won MOM on here, or via the match sponsors?

Excellent again today, my 11 year old picked up on it..

His first half volleyed clearance across our goals was a bit special.

Another great example of the manager and coaches developing someone in to an outstanding player. Villa fans not sad to see him go and I would bet he would not be in their team now had he stayed. Think Heaton is a similar example

First a confession. I am not a Burnley fan, I am a Liverpool fan but I just wanted to say congratulations on your season so far. You are playing some great football and I am hoping that Dyche sees sense and doesn’t leave for the toffees.

The real reason I wanted to visit your forum is I have come up with a great song celebrating your defence. Here goes, let me know your thoughts but I’d love to hear Turf Moor rocking to this:

Ben Mee, Wardy, Lowton and Tarkowski. They’re are defenders and they’re alright.
To the tune of Bend Me, Shake Me, Anyway you want me...
You boys need to be singing this loud and proud!!!!

Ben Mee, Wardy, Lowton and Tarkowski. As long as they're our defenders, we'll be right.

Was that Lowton?
It happened so quick, we couldn't decide if it was him or Tarkowski.
It could have been up there with great own goals if our times. :D

Just given it a new thread.

Ingsy is doing well, he had another injury at the start of the season which allowed Solanke to get above him but he scored 4 and made 2 against Bristol City u23s at the start of the month. Problem is we’re out of the league cup and have a lot of forwards so his opportunities are limited.

He’s massively respected by players, staff and fans though.just very unlucky with his injuries.

Imagine how many undefeated it might've been if Lowton and Ward had got into the team sooner two seasons ago.

Just done a season review and he can only be associated with two goals we've conceded.
Both at City, where he had a chance to clear before Nick Pope had a pen given against him and where Sane ran outside him and he was slow to react.
Otherwise an outstanding seasons work.

I watch the game yesterday with my friend who is a Villa fan and hes always maintained what a player he would develop into under Sean Dyche
Couldn't praise him enough yesterday and we both thought he was a candidate for MOM
too many to close call yesterday with it hinging on about four players
But just in front I have to sway towards Barnes followed closely by Cork, Defour or Tarkowski
