Yes his reputation and the fact he would owe the remainder of his contract. See pulis and palace.
Dont get the 'x wouldnt go because he wasnt first choice' that wouldnt bother them in the slightest.

Watford could refuse to accept the resignation. FA & PL rules would then stop Silva working for Everton until the situation was resolved.

Louis van Gaals odds suddenly slashed from 25/1 to 5/1 on Sun Bets.
And from 40/1 to 4/1 on Oddschecker.
Also just been mentioned on Granada Reports.
