Think you mean to say the water in plug holes in the Southern Hemisphere goes round the opposite way.
Actually it doesn't. The water behaves exactly the same wherever you are, north or Southern Hemisphere.

I've seen this happen....

Also seen my turds flush away in a clockwise motion when I travelled to oz a couple of years ago.

If the Earth were a sphere I'd always be driving downhill there and uphill back but I'm not so it must be a lie

I've been on a small ferry boat from the Italian mainland to the island of Capri and it doesn't come into view till relatively close up, suggesting that indeed the world is round.

You may think you saw your turds go down a different way but it's still a myth. It may depend on the way your doobrie is sitting in the bowl, there are many variables but one thing's for sure it's got nothing to do with what hemisphere you're in.

Anyone who has been up Exchange St in Colne on a bicycle, can vouch for the Earth not being flat.

So there is something called the Coriolis force. Here's a link that explains it:

I can't see the Empire State Building from the Cricket Field End whether the world is flat or round.

Get a photo of the moon from Britain and compare with a photo from Oz and you’ll see the Oz photo is upside down

If you draw a Cricle in the middle of the sealing .
Then draw something on it
Then stand at one side of the room it will be the right way
Then go to the opposite side

Then the penny will drop just like it did with me
Ps don't go down this rabbit hole

When you watch a rocket being launched it goes straight up keep watching and after a while it appears to arc away. It’s not arcing away, you are , on the spinning globe called the earth

For Clarity, Freddie doesn’t agree with the flat-earthers; he was discussing conspiracy theories on his podcast last week and was putting forward their argument and was playing devil advocate against Syed and Savage

They do, its just we don't know about it, often we only notice poor phone signal for a while or Poor GPS signal but all these systems have back ups in orbit that take over if one is damaged.

Good Youtube comment on that one:
This is one of the most comical "proofs" of flat Earth I've ever seen taking second to the Chicago skyline "proof". Where's the rest of the water genius? You're missing a few thousand miles. You literally proved that this is the sharp edge horizon on a sphere earth that cannot be recreated with a flat Earth model. What curve/ horizon drop are you expecting to see? The horizon line when visible is always the point of focus. Do you actually think you should see the water curve away from you? How? Does it mean that regardless of elevation, the horizon line stays at eye level? Uh...no. It means the person or camera is pointing down at a slight angle to keep the focal line in the center of the image. Level your camera, take a ride up in an elevator with windows and you will damn well see the horizon drop below the camera...period. Simple geometry...as you move away from any body...that body WILL get smaller. Saying the horizon line is always at eye level makes no damn sense on a flat or Spherical planet. Newsflash for those who don't know a damn thing about perspective. If this was a video on a flat Earth...the horizon would never in a million years , regardless of what drugs you're taking, be in that location on a flat Earth. Just dumb. If you don't understand what I'm saying I think you'd better inform yourself on perspective on a plane based on elevation. Another flat Earther shoots himself in the foot. Great proof of sphere Earth though! Keep it up!

Blue Peter even peddled that tosh about water changing direction. I don't know who it was but they flew her to Kenya and she stood 1m either side of the equator and on the equator to demonstrate. Waste of money.

This I propose is the biggest fraud, not this flat earth nonsense.

For the "Coriolis Force" to have any noticeable effect then you would need to scale up this experiment so that the bowl was at least 2km in diameter.

In reality this force does not exist, it's one of many apparent forces. However all the great minds who came up with rather simple rules and equations to describe the world we live in did so by assuming the world we live in doesn't move relative to anything else and then invented fictitious forces to compensate for this, like the Coriolis Force.

Its why still to this day, physicists are still trying to come up with a standard model that can describe all of time and space without the need for fictitious forces.

Brian Cox has many a choice word about these flat earthers, if your interested in these things at an introductory level, get his latest book for Christmas.

Science has always been about pushing boundaries and testing theories. If some of these people are serious then they are just doing what scientists have done for centuries, regardless of how silly it is, we should encourage scientific theories to be questioned and refined, it's how we got to where we are today. Scientists have always been a political bunch too, preventing the publication of scientific papers which don't match certain agendas only for decades later when the evidence is overwhelming it is shown that no justification existed for this. Let these people stand by their theories and evidence and see how it stands up to scrutiny. To be a great scientist you have to be wrong many times before you can be right, even then right just means you have a theory which at this point in time stands upto scrutiny but in years to come, new experiments, thoughts theories may prove to be better, nothing is 100% certain. Go read his book.

Too much of my work is technically and scientifically underpinned by a roundish lumpy rock but I look forward to reading any well written scientific paper which argues otherwise, published or unpublished.
