Any suggestions for a quick pint near the station?

From memory (2011) if you come out of the station and turn left onto Trafalgar Street were 4 pubs down there in walking distance. Looked at google maps The Great Eastern, The Prince George, Lord Nelson and the Prince Albert. We went it in a few of these, they were decent back then. Friendly locals and a decent pint on.

If you are in a car, go east on the A27 towards Lewes from the ground and turn off at the first large roundabout for the village of Kingston where there is a pub called the Juggs which serves a great pint of Harvey’s Sussex bitter. I think it’s the third exit on that roundabout. That is if you like good beer. It does good food too. You’ve got to follow the narrow road for a bit, about a m8le and half where the pub is on a bend.

The Dark Star brewery outlet is close to the station. We'll definitely be ticking it!
