Unless you're not called Steve, keeping your identity quiet might be a struggle haha.
I'd like to attend but fear for my safety, will any security and paramedics be in attendance?

Just to say I had a notification yesterday that BFC are putting on a dinner on Friday 11th May to mark the 50th anniversary of our FA Youth Cup win with team members present. Looks like I'll be going to that event and I dare say others on here also. Not a direct clash with the Friday night obviously but thought I should mention.

I remember on an Accy Clarets trip someone on the back seat gave their name as Steve1956 when paying his fare.
Luckily my photo retentive memory isn't cheap to access

Any news on the possibility of this happening? I work for a gifting company so would be happy to donate something towards a raffle/auction to raise some money to the well deserving charities.

Right up there with one of the best posts I've seen on here. Still chuckling.

Looking very unlikely for a number of reasons. Can't possibly do it on the planned date now because of the dinner on the previous night. I'm not going down that road again. That would potentially mean a move to another date but would there be enough support?

Was really hoping to get the dinners back on after a few years having been forced to cancel the one in 2012 which followed our best ever in 2011.

Me too, dependant on dates, between 2 and 4 of us - always tough to organise these I know Tony, so I'd still be interested next year!
Any chance to head back up to Burnley always welcomed.
