Would have loved to have gone, but this type of thing with some of the nob heads that "support" us is exactly the reason Burnley, town and club, gets a bad rep at times. Tribal, backwards nobheads out to spoil the occasion of others because they are used to be centre of attention around their own 5 mates and wouldn't survive a day out of their comfort zone, which is pretty pathetic in this day and age.

I took my mate to the Spurs game at Christmas and some lad went in the queue infront of 6 idiots. They pushed him as he was walking away spilling his drinks . The lad in question hadn't pushed in but was helping his dad at the front carry drinks back. My mate looked at me and I just couldn't speak at what I'd saw. The nob heads had there drinks and then left the ground and went to pub, you actually question what the hell they were doing at the game in the first place.

I swear sometimes football attract such separate calibre of people that have nothing else to do at a weekend but make massive tw*ts of themselves.

No one has pulled out the race card and whilst we are at it nobody seems to have been upset and offended. Some people just find the remark and its racist undertones (whether you can grasp them or not) a little outdated, embarrassing and pathetic in modern enlightened times (seemingly Barton felt this way too) and commented as such.
