That was turgid. I see a fair bit of Netherlands and though they have looked inept at times, I can't remember them looking that boring for a while.
Commentators giving England some praise. For what, exactly? I've not seen a lot of England since the euro's but if there's no Kane, is that it? Running ok, but players are making runs for Henderson to pass it back. Rose is not an international player. Gomez? The sub?
Better than Panama, but that's about it. How is cork not in the squad looking at this? There's a talent free void in the centre of the pitch.

I don’t know a huge amount about football but Tripps looks like he constantly tries to keep the ball moving forward. I’d love to see him score.

He means that there are players up top making good runs off the ball. Hes right about that but there's no-one to play the thing through.
Where's your sh1t Aaron Ramsey. Is he injured again.?

The temperament is good. Nice and patient but they need to go more direct at times.

Ref is a clown. Gave them a fk in the first half when one fouled Walker before fouling a teammate.
The non penalty is just a bad joke.

It’s no wonder so many are pushing for video technology with decisions like that.

Maguire is a totally right footed CH playing left side.
I'm led to believe he's had a good season but tonight he's been shocking.
GOAL!!!!!

If only there was some sort of video system that could remove contentious - and in the case of the penalty call - incorrect decisions like that

Most have had fabulous individuals without much team cohesion since 1978.
This current one lacks even a single stand out player imo.

Pickford is very good at shouting after he has messed something up.
He is also very good at pointing, not quite Jay Spearing level, but stil very good.

My farther played for BFC for4/5 years then Bournmouth then Watford. As an inside forward. He always advocated that in his era the England team should have been picked on units Ie the best from say Liverpool defence. Manu and Burnley attack. Yes I know Liverpool were nobody then. Dad was a great friend of Bill Shankly he had the same idea

England sub been stood on the touchline for 5 mins. Ball has never gone dead. That's how boring international football has become. Barely a challenge in all that time.
Same thing happened to Jack Cork.
