It's going to take a slice a bad luck or a brilliant performance by another team to stop Brazil from winning the World Cup. Currently 3-0 away in Austria, and the front line is just obscene

They are usually known for their front line. Well, it's completely shaven.

Austria are short Barnsey so the result may not be as emphatic as it looks.

Whatever happened to Adriano? Last I heard he'd joined a gang in Brazil and gotten fat. Strange one.

"Cafu Edmilson Lucio and Roberto Carlos wasnt a bad effort in 2002."

Why was Carlos always referred to as Roberto Carlos when other players just merited their surname or a single first name?

brazilian naming convention is to use nicknames rather than actual names.

even the president is known as Lula instead of his proper name.

Jairzinho, Gerson,Tostao, Pele and Rivelino. Probably the greatest ever international forward line to grace any competition. Incredible skill, flair and sheer footballing ability. Don't think there will ever be another one like that.
