Aberdeen tv coverage?
Anybody heard anything re: coverage?
BT have the group stages but somebody pointed out on another thread that ITV4 had a qualifier last season.

Re: Aberdeen tv coverage?
Past couple of years Aberdeen qualifiers have been shown on Premier Sports suspect interest this year will see BT Sport buy the rights.

https://www.burnleyfootballclub.com/new ... confirmed/Is the match going to be broadcast on TV?
The clubs are currently working with a potential broadcast partner, and an announcemnet will be made in due course.
Re: Aberdeen tv coverage?
Worst case it'll be on Premier Sports. They've had most of Aberdeen's European away games and BT Sport showed Aberdeen v Real Sociedad. I expect BT and ITV will both be interested in this tie.

Re: Aberdeen tv coverage?
Am I right in remembering that channels 4 or 5 showed Euro Games a while ago?
Re: Aberdeen tv coverage?
A Scottish Euro club with hundreds of Euro matches versus England's newest Euro club, returning after 51 years.
A blockbuster and of interest to all UK football fans at least.
Edited to correct crazy predictive text changes!

Re: Aberdeen tv coverage?
At this stage Clubs can negotiate TV coverage on an individual basis and the money is not pooled, so to the poster who said we won’t make any money on the Europa League participation I think they will be proved wrong.

Never heard of Premier Sports I don’t have satellite so will I be able to watch it free online if they get it?
I am Assuming it won’t be on any “existing “ free view channels.

Personal choices, I enjoyed some of the Seria A games especially when an English player was in one of the sides.

Re: Aberdeen tv coverage?
ITV4 showed Hadjuk Split v Everton qualifier last season when Sigurdson scored from near the half way line.
They didn't show the home leg because they chose to show women's international rugby instead!!!

Heard from a reliable sauce that Ch5+1 have got the first game. Free for everyone but an hour behind the actual game
Re: Aberdeen tv coverage?
To watch it on RedTV International in the UK you'll need to be handy with VPNs and such. It will be on there though (all our home games are).AshevilleNCClaret wrote:m.livesoccertv.com is another good site.

I will probably get the 1 month pass on CP to listen live and watch the video later.
