Padiham by-pass closure

Anyone know if the planned four day closure has gone ahead today. I think they are re-dressing the section from the Padiham end to Higham, but information is a bit thin on the ground, so to speak :)

Plenty of "skid risk" signs so it looks like they're going to be sprinkling some chippings on it. They usually just do half the road at a time so I expect traffic lights will be used.
