Re: Nkoudou
the celebration was poor, certainly not worthy of a large transfer fee, so its a no from me.BeijingClaret wrote:Just scored a great goal for Tottenham against Milan https://mobile.twitter.com/Pas_De_Press ... 68/video/1" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Re: Nkoudou
Plays when he wants file under Paddy Poshboy/Chalobah we can do better another flop Spurs wasted money on
Re: Nkoudou
Not good enough for this level. File alongside George Porter (Claretspice did see something in him though) and Zavon Hines.

Re: Nkoudou
Have you seen a lot of him, Woodley? Just wondering, because he didn't really get much of a look-in with us. I thought he showed some promise when he actually got his chance (though that is viewed from a distance).Woodleyclaret wrote:Plays when he wants file under Paddy Poshboy/Chalobah we can do better another flop Spurs wasted money on

Re: Nkoudou
If it gets down to the last day, and if Brady’s hamstring is at all bad, I wouldn’t rule out another loan move for him.
He knows the set up, the way we train and play, and whilst big improvements were needed, Dyche would probably back himself to coach them into him given more time. No reports of poor attitude or the like, and he’s no closer to the Spurs team.

Re: Nkoudou
Not being funny but why would a young attacking player want to join us? We play defensive and limit your scoring chances and chance to grab the headlines.

Re: Nkoudou
Yeah but he sat on the bench, I don't think he would be in a rush to come back.burnleytom wrote:I mean, hasn’t he done so once already?
Re: Nkoudou
I don't think many would share the view but I wouldn't be disappointed if we signed him permanently for £5m or so.
He looked a bit naive tactically but he seemed to have a decent attitude, didn't hide and added some much-needed pace. He's still only 23 and by all accounts looked good at Marseilles before Spurs signed him. His lack of first team opportunities at Spurs have left him stagnating a bit but there's still potentially a decent player there.

Re: Nkoudou
All players ,GKN included, can only play their best in a system that suits them. Lots of world class players have looked poor, because they have signed for the wrong team. They move on and suddenly become world beaters again.
In the circumstances I would love GKN back, but he would have to adapt his style to ours, therefore don't expect the free scoring player against Barca and Milan

Re: Nkoudou
Perhaps he’d prefer sitting on our bench to sitting in the stands at Tottenham’s new ground? Which is exactly the decision he took last year.Quickenthetempo wrote:Yeah but he sat on the bench, I don't think he would be in a rush to come back.
Only hypothetical anyway, and would only ever advocate this as a last day desperation move.
