Wouldn’t let me select our seats, just picked random ones which I assume haven’t got a season ticket allocated.

Rang the number and got it sorted. Lady I spoke to moaned about the club and said they had not decided yet if the tickets would be loaded or sent in the post. Recommended I rang the club next week.

In the future I think I will just ring the number and say the system isn’t working, much easier

So I got my 3 showing reserved for season tickets - all showed “Collect” though I assume they will be uploaded to cards. But I also bought another on Friends and Family and had no option but to select “collect” which surely can’t be right as the club can’t be intending not to issue by post? I don’t live anywhere near Burnley so this isn’t working for me.

I went back in after getting my season tickets seats to see if it gave my other options on the single. It didn’t so I just picked friends name with his Clarets number and bought ticket but “collect” was only method. None of this is a disaster always ways around it I guess but if the club don’t watch it they are going to have tons of people turning up to collect.

I’m honestly at my wits end, I’m a single parent , he booked flights before Thursdays game without telling me, the family he was going to meet in Istanbul have changed there plans, I cannot see any happy outcome , the idea of a 17 year old nieve boy wondering around trying to find his way about fills me with fear

He will be fine... will be a great experience for the lad. He will grow up overnight on a trip like this.

But. He is more than welcome to meet up with and tag along with us. Currently 4 of us going including 2 kids and soon to be a few more.

I hope to land in istanbul by bus Wednesday night or early Thursday. I can send my whatsapp and email contact etc.

Tbh be good if once all tickets are sold we can arrange some buses to the ground. It's not trouble I worry about. Its logistics cost and traffic getting to and from a stadium in arse end of nowhere.

Should be a good crowd now, with new signings to be paraded and cheaper tickets. I'd hope the home sections might sellout.
