No, Lowerhouse's original professional this season was Ockie Erasmus, but he got injured some weeks ago. Lowerhouse have used a number of sub-pro's over the last few weeks & today's is Mark Cosgrove, an Australian.
Francois Haasbroek, another South African, also plays for Lowerhouse. He was formerly their professional for 2/3 seasons a few years ago. He married a Burnley girl last year and now lives locally, so qualifies to play as an amateur.

Burnley have also played former professionals as amateurs over the past few years, the Browns, Tripathi, Johnny Clare are all ex 1st class County players who've appeared at Turf Moor on this basis, and even the " Burnley Lara " himself, Jimmy Anderson, played as recently as 2006, although I believe he was not permitted to bowl !!

I see he has 35 first class hundreds so he should have no problem seeing Lowerhouse home.

Recovery from Lowerhouse, 28 for 2. Cole Hayman bowling off a much reduced run up obviously carrying an injury.

This stand might be swinging it in Houses favour. Think if Burnley get the pro they should win but the drop was a real lifeline for LH.

51 off 12 is still pretty straight forward with 4 wkts in hand . Burnley will have to bowl em out to win.
