Scottish Sun linking him with Hearts as they have a defensive crisis.

We should be keeping him as a sub.

Saw something yesterday on this - will be a good move for him to get some first team football there

Impressive two games in the friendlies, a season up in Scotland could save us buying a new cb in the future.

He’ll have a great role model to follow in Kyle Lafferty.

We're massively over stocked in the defensive and goalkeeping departments and are down to the bare bones in midfield and wide positions. An extremely lopsided squad at present.

Accy Stanley were keen on re-signing him but we're quoted 200k for a loan fee.

Do you know that for a fact? Or are you using their Chairman's comment that he'd been quoted that figure by someone, adding that he was there last year (2+2) and making 5? What's your source?

We should be keeping him as a sub.
We need less defensive options on the subs bench not more!

He said that they had been in for him again really trying all they could to get him back.

I'm 99% certain it was him as Accy won't go after many premier league players on their wage budget. Andy Holt will tell you most things if you ask him. Often having a drink in Read CC.

Great idea, if they are going to play him.
Rubbish idea if he's going as cover

Hearts would be a great move him. Be good for him to be tested at League 1 level.

Yes, but did he actually say we'd asked for 200k?

I don’t think he did when he mentioned the 200k fee on Twitter I immediately thought of Dunne and us but he also said that he was sick of asking about him i’m sure us saying give us 200k would have ended the conversation right there and then.

It wasn’t us asking for 200k for JD , asked Andy myself. Stanley want him but Burnley want to send him to Scotland. Shame as he got good game time at Stanley , they are now league one and he wouldn’t have to move. Shame for jimmy and Stanley imo.

If he's a clogger then there is no better place in Scottish football for the boy.
If he isn't already, he will be once Levein gets his hands on him as Farts only play football the overly physical way.

Lafferty is on his way back to Rangers. Collects some signing on fees that lad.

Sounds like a great opportunity for him to develop the physical side of his game then.

I think it's good news we've extended his contract and got Jimmy out to Hearts.
