Mirror are reporting were trying to rival palace to sign him on loan
Re: Yannick Bolasie
Bolasie would be the last piece of the jigsaw. To have Brady, JBG, Lennon and Bolasie as options would be remarkable for a club of our size!

Boden reckons no chance of loan to anyone.
Would have to be permanent.

Based on previous experience it sounds like he'll be off to Palace on loan then.Quickenthetempo wrote:Boden reckons no chance of loan to anyone.

Re: Yannick Bolasie
With regard to any signings today what is the process? I'm guessing someone has been left with a remit from Dyche as to who he wants but wouldn't the board all be in Turkey as well? Is it all done by phone and e-mail? Will someone of importance at the club have stayed behind? Or are we to accept that, especially with the deadline being early at 5pm, that is us for this window?
And all the above doesn't even include medicals etc.
Got a feeling J-Rod et al are going to have to wait for January. At least we got a CB and a striker, with cover for goalkeeping as well. All-in-all not a bad window, especially if we get these injuries sorted (what IS the situation regarding Defour/Brady/Heaton?).

At what time do I need to go into meltdown if we don't sign anyone today. Hopefully dodge a bullet with Bolasie though.

Re: Yannick Bolasie
I wouldn’t be surprised if Bolasie still rocks up on loan.
I don’t think we want to pay for him just yet - understandable given his fitness issues - and it’s all well and good Everton saying “no loan” at 10am this morning. But as it gets closer to 5pm a loan offer suddenly looks more appealing.
I don’t think he’ll fancy Boro, Palace are signing Ayew and are well stocked in that position anyway. Still think there’s legs in this.

Re: Yannick Bolasie
Wages are the issue Dyche don't really like players on loan
We have had a few but he doesn't seem to want to unsettle his regulars
Flanagan flopped
Chalobah didn't fit the bill
Nkoudou no end product

How many of them loans were signed by Dyche? Just the 1, and then Keane was eventually dropped for Duff.Down_Rover wrote:versus

Re: Yannick Bolasie
At 29 and with plenty of PL experience, Bolasie on loan would be a completely different prospect.Longside4evr wrote:Wages are the issue Dyche don't really like players on loan

Without researching I thought he bought Kightly Keane and Cork. Are you saying Keane did not work out for us despite scoring the two goals that effectively got us promoted?Murger wrote:How many of them loans were signed by Dyche? Just the 1, and then Keane was eventually dropped for Duff.

Re: Yannick Bolasie
According to SSN Bolasie is definitely staying at Everton.
They would only have considered a permanent move, not a Loan, and any interest shown by Palace and Burnley is now ended.

Re: Yannick Bolasie
It was the players I think when they are on loan they don't seem to put the shifts in like a player under contract or it's the simple fact that they are surplus to requirements at their parent club
