Spot on this nonsense of stopping the season 4 games in is a nightmare.I have 3 allotments and love growing veg its been hard this year with 8 weeks of sunshine and 30c temps.
We are also into cycling but this is a Sunday pastime as its quieter.I miss the games and with 4 home games over the next two months its going to get worse.
The standing issue and getting seats where we can actually see has put us off away games .Our local game at Cardiff is on too late with work the day after.
Sky is a double edged sword great money but its killing the game with its schedule
.Home game v Newcastle on a Monday?

As for hobbies;
Films - I have a fairly high benchmark so often delve into foreign cinema as Hollywood churns our a lot of turd
Cooking
Running - Only usually 5K but I like to push myself
Golf - slacked off the past couple of years as I’ve got a young child and it’s hard to find the time alongside following Burnley
Music - again struggle to find the time but was a keen drummer and DJ
Walking the dog - always a good excuse to get out the house
Travel
Wining and dining
I drive to Burnley. The few times I have got the train I go direct from crossgates to burnley

Mainly photography. Need to get out and do more of it but a huge fan film/ film cameras etc. The return of ektachrome is imminent (which I’m hugely excited about)

Movies. Again because of film. You’ll be surprised just how many movies are made using it. I love the looks of certain movies both newer and older movies. Just got a load of motion picture film for my 35mm cameras which I cant wait to use.

Field Archery is my main hobby now.
I’m just starting to build a workshop in the garage as well so that I can have a go at decimating some wood. Workbench is the first project which will come in handy I hope ( if it gets finished !!!!)

Gardening. Guitars and music in general. Over 80 books read, many hours spent on t'internet and many visits to the East End later, I still can't work out who the 'original' Jack The Ripper was......but I'll keep trying. Recently madam suggested that I took up a hobby that didn't involve murder and mutilation so I opted for home-brewing of beers and ciders which I've just started but it has got me hooked.

I’m the other way. Never go out without my Garmin and recording everything down on strava !!
