You do realise that they conceded freedom of movement for us having frictionless trade?

You might not read that from Brexiteer newspapers and commentators, but this is far from a deal dictat from Brussels.
If cancelling freedom of movement is the quid pro quo for our half of the free trade agreement, what is the quid pro quo for their half?

Exactly. A bad deal is better than no deal?

Wasn't sure where to post this but didn't want to start another politics thread.

Strange that two ardent remainers are now advocating a hard brexit.

It becomes lest strange when you add self-interest and personal ambition into the equation.
There are a lot of people in government who doesn't really give a **** about this country or its people.

That was the jest of my comment,i can accept people that are consistent in their views on both sides, but leeches like this duo turn my stomach.

I could be mistaken because I've just skim read the article but the headline appears to be deliberately misleading. What have they, who both voted Remain, said to indicate they want to "go full hard Brexit"?

Foreign Secretary Jeremy Hunt, who has told the Sunday Telegraph he wanted a “crack” at being prime minister, has said that the UK would “flourish and prosper” if it left the EU with no deal.

Javid's pitch seems to be aimed around controlling immigration to the UK,he favours a skill-based policy, regardless of where people come from.

This was bound to happen once Theresa stated she wouldn't fight the next election, whenever that may be held.

Doesn't bode well for NO 10 when the WA finally comes to a vote,if it ever does.

Those things surely don't mean they want to go full hard Brexit.

Perhaps they don't want to but the options are running down, neither wants another referendum, and the only deal on the table isn't going to pass parliament,so unless Article 50 is extended(which i think could well happen) the clock is ticking.
