I saw the match live in Mauritius . it was a great match and Burnley defended their colours with honour , With a little bit of luck they would have equalised . Our aim is for promotion . We shall have to stick to it .

"Defended their colours with honour" - my god, this is not the Boer war or even the boyscouts!

FAO CleggHall: Don't mean to be funny with you, but English is not davemanu2000's mother tongue. He might use some expressions that seem a bit strange or oudated but, all in all, his English is excellent.

Not having a pop at you but just wanted to explain. What he means is true though IMO. We didn't go there to defend. We didn't cave in after a fairly early goal. We came back with an excellent goal and the players didn't let us down.
