Exactly and there was no proviso that mentioned leaving WITH a deal either marty was there.
It was carry out the wishes of the British people as expressed in the referendum, leave the single market and customs, end free movement of people and end the jurisdiction of the ECJ.
No mention of whether we had a deal or no Deal.
It doesn't matter one iota what you or I think was contained in either the Tory or labour manifestos. I've listened to LBC, talk radio and 5 live , last night and this morning. The one thing that's coming through loud and clear from Tories, Labour Brexiteers and Remoaners. Is that trust in both parties is now shattered.
Listening to John Mann this morning, he shares my view.
I said it months ago , and was laughed at for saying it. It will come down to those that put pounds notes and the economy first and those that believe in democracy.
And for all our sakes, economic fortunes have always come and gone.
If faith in democracy goes , we really are in trouble.
