Seems to be a lot of people on this thread who have got too obsessed with wheeling and dealing on a Football Manager simulation game and now think they have the inside track on reality. Pace’s avowed intention is to buy low sell high… yet we’re going to panic dump our prized assets for a pittance… how does that work?
… and Idon’t want to hear about debt repayments, real as they are no one knows what they are… but how does underselling assets help a business?
A lot of stuff and nonsense to trawl through to find links and information on possible signings.
Oh goodness me, just to repeat, once again, for you and others
- Newcastle are the only club in for him, this means we cannot force any kind of ‘bidding war’, they could easily go elsewhere and we are left with no sale… but the problem with that is….
- Pope wants and deserves to play Prem, will probably triple his wages and gives a shot at making the World Cup
- We need to raise funds for transfers ourselves
- Vincent Kompany wants his keeper to play out from the back at every opportunity, this is not Pope
- No keeper over 30 has EVER been sold for more than 16m in the PL and that was Portugals number 1
- It’s being reported 12-15m is more realistic than the 8-10 suggested
Tell me which part of that you don’t get
