I used the app...log in...manage tickets ....and there they are

Once logged in, I clicked on the profile button and all my managed tickets were there, along with the correct amount of derby tickets on a separate entry.

I had the same problem, couldn't buy for anyone on my 'Family & Friends'.

I rang the ticket office about 10.30am and was told I was no.30 in the queue, I didn't bother hanging on.
I rang again at 12.30pm to be told I was no.2 in the queue.

The young girl who I spoke with said she would change my account to enable me to manage tickets for my Family & Friends.

When I logged back in I was then able to buy other tickets as well as my own.

Exactly how I did it although I was fortunately number 3 in the queue when I phoned this morning. Whoever I spoke to was helpful and set them all up for me. She offered to take the order for me but once I'd logged out and back in again I was able to do it myself.

But none of this was ever explained to us prior to them being available this morning.

Out of interest, did you set up to manage friends and family tickets earlier this year, when the instructions were copied on here, I think it was around the time of season ticket renewals

Wouldn't allow me to set them up to manage but I was told by the ticket office it wasn't needed and what I had set up was perfectly OK. That was until today and it appears I'm not the only one who fell foul of this.

It certainly appears you need to be set up to manage tickets. I had no choice at the time because I wished to purchase 3 season tickets. Since then it's worked fine, weird they should tell you that it wasn't required, it certainly makes it easy to forward tickets etc.

They seem to have scrapped that idea of loading it onto your card - no idea why

I think that you've to set them up to manage again.

Anyone else get the ‘Suspicious Activity’ message blocking you logging in? I tried rebooting my iPhone and trying to log in via the club website rather than the app, but neither worked. Finally managed to log in by disabling Wi-Fi and using the mobile signal. Mind you, I was using the Wi-Fi at my son’s house

Via their network, they need to assign you permission to manage their tickets.

With this, you can also list them for sale!

Exactly the same for me.
Was able to purchase Lazio tickets for Dad & nephew under their name, have purchased nephews ticket for United under his name, but can’t buy them theirs for this game

Looks like I’ll have to find some time to call them tomorrow now

According to posts above you can’t any longer and need to contact the TO to set something up to allow it

I think your need to manage their ticket. Select which tickets you wish to manage, an email is automatically sent to them, once they agree it works fine...for me anyway.
If you want them to manage your tickets do same in reverse.

There's far better instructions on here earlier in year.

The emails don’t go out so it doesn’t work, that’s why the ticket office are doing it manually.

Friend assigned me to manage a couple of hours ago. All seemed ok. Just logged on now to sort tickets, still can’t sort his.

Never mind, will get on general sale and worry about it when we reach the quarters.

I’ve managed my f&f accounts for years, buying their home & away tickets with no problems

I'm trying to purchase a ticket for the Derby game but when I come to pay and I'm asked to add a card to my account it won't let me add any of my cards either debit or credit ( visa ) although my card is one you select from the drop down. Pathetic and infuriating!

I am not even sure there will be that many. I have just bought two in the bob lord (i like to sit in a different stand for the cup games to my ST) and there are lots and lots of seats left all round the ground.

We had that issue with nephews season ticket link
Turns out that had incorrect email address even though we were logging into the app with the correct one.

I just contacted the TO and they updated it

I know it’s been said many times, but the clubs ticketing issues are a joke, it would be funny if it was a joke, come on Mr Pace sort it out.
