Once logged in, I clicked on the profile button and all my managed tickets were there, along with the correct amount of derby tickets on a separate entry.

Re: 2025/26: Burnley v Derby County – Cup Ticket Information
Exactly how I did it although I was fortunately number 3 in the queue when I phoned this morning. Whoever I spoke to was helpful and set them all up for me. She offered to take the order for me but once I'd logged out and back in again I was able to do it myself.Targetman wrote: ↑Tue Aug 19, 2025 1:16 pmI had the same problem, couldn't buy for anyone on my 'Family & Friends'.
I rang the ticket office about 10.30am and was told I was no.30 in the queue, I didn't bother hanging on.
I rang again at 12.30pm to be told I was no.2 in the queue.
The young girl who I spoke with said she would change my account to enable me to manage tickets for my Family & Friends.
When I logged back in I was then able to buy other tickets as well as my own.
But none of this was ever explained to us prior to them being available this morning.

Out of interest, did you set up to manage friends and family tickets earlier this year, when the instructions were copied on here, I think it was around the time of season ticket renewalsClaretTony wrote: ↑Tue Aug 19, 2025 2:21 pmExactly how I did it although I was fortunately number 3 in the queue when I phoned this morning. Wouldn't allow me to set them up to manage but I was told by the ticket office it wasn't needed and what I had set up was perfectly OK. That was until today and it appears I'm not the only one who fell foul of this.
Re: 2025/26: Burnley v Derby County – Cup Ticket Information
It certainly appears you need to be set up to manage tickets. I had no choice at the time because I wished to purchase 3 season tickets. Since then it's worked fine, weird they should tell you that it wasn't required, it certainly makes it easy to forward tickets etc.ClaretTony wrote: ↑Tue Aug 19, 2025 3:36 pmWouldn't allow me to set them up to manage but I was told by the ticket office it wasn't needed and what I had set up was perfectly OK. Why is it that I can purchase tickets on my F and F for away games for people but not for Derby? They don't appear in my Manage Tickets list but I can purchase away tickets for them and I could purchase Lazio tickets.

I have got mine eventually, but is there a worse ticketing website anywhere?
Also, there doesn’t seem on option simply to upload the ticket onto my season ticket card, as there has been in the past.

They seem to have scrapped that idea of loading it onto your card - no idea whylakedistrictclaret wrote: ↑Tue Aug 19, 2025 3:57 pmI have got mine eventually, but is there a worse ticketing website anywhere?

I think that you've to set them up to manage again.

Anyone else get the ‘Suspicious Activity’ message blocking you logging in? I tried rebooting my iPhone and trying to log in via the club website rather than the app, but neither worked. Finally managed to log in by disabling Wi-Fi and using the mobile signal. Mind you, I was using the Wi-Fi at my son’s house

Via their network, they need to assign you permission to manage their tickets.
With this, you can also list them for sale!
Lazio, no idea.

Cheers but I already can buy them for away games through my F & F.bfcfan1882 wrote: ↑Tue Aug 19, 2025 5:35 pmVia their network, they need to assign you permission to manage their tickets.

Exactly the same for me.
Was able to purchase Lazio tickets for Dad & nephew under their name, have purchased nephews ticket for United under his name, but can’t buy them theirs for this game
Looks like I’ll have to find some time to call them tomorrow now
I used a word to describe the ticket situation on another thread, and it now feels even more apt

How do I find my wife on family and friends. She is added, and I can buy my ticket, but I can't find F&F anywhere, so can't buy her ticket for her.

According to posts above you can’t any longer and need to contact the TO to set something up to allow itGoalkeeper wrote: ↑Tue Aug 19, 2025 7:30 pmHow do I find my wife on family and friends. She is added, and I can buy my ticket, but I can't find F&F anywhere, so can't buy her ticket for her.

I think your need to manage their ticket. Select which tickets you wish to manage, an email is automatically sent to them, once they agree it works fine...for me anyway.
If you want them to manage your tickets do same in reverse.
There's far better instructions on here earlier in year.

The emails don’t go out so it doesn’t work, that’s why the ticket office are doing it manually.Row x wrote: ↑Tue Aug 19, 2025 7:47 pmI think your need to manage their ticket. Yes, this.
Friend assigned me to manage a couple of hours ago. All seemed ok. Just logged on now to sort tickets, still can’t sort his.
Never mind, will get on general sale and worry about it when we reach the quarters.

I’ve managed my f&f accounts for years, buying their home & away tickets with no problemsRow x wrote: ↑Tue Aug 19, 2025 7:47 pmI think your need to manage their ticket. Select which tickets you wish to manage, an email is automatically sent to them, once they agree it works fine...for me anyway.

They really do like to make things more complicated than they need to be

When the ticketmaster deal was announced!
"Ticketmaster will serve as the exclusive technology provider for all Burnley ticketing services. The partnership will allow Burnley and its supporters to benefit from the latest advancements in ticketing systems, along with ongoing enhancements to improve the fan experience".

Re: 2025/26: Burnley v Derby County – Cup Ticket Information
I'm trying to purchase a ticket for the Derby game but when I come to pay and I'm asked to add a card to my account it won't let me add any of my cards either debit or credit ( visa ) although my card is one you select from the drop down. Pathetic and infuriating!
Re: 2025/26: Burnley v Derby County – Cup Ticket Information
Are we now able to buy tickets for others? I’m trying to get one for my daughter who doesn’t have a clarets number and hence not on my F and F list. I bought my ST seat on Tuesday. When I put the required seat into my basket it won’t let me purchase as obviously I’m logged on and don’t fit that age category. Goes a little against the idea that people can buy 5 in total.

Sorted it. Created her an account and then added her to my F and Fburnmark wrote: ↑Thu Aug 21, 2025 2:56 pmAre we now able to buy tickets for others? Guess the gate should be interesting for this game. Could be anywhere between 7,000 and 12,000.
Re: 2025/26: Burnley v Derby County – Cup Ticket Information
I am not even sure there will be that many. I have just bought two in the bob lord (i like to sit in a different stand for the cup games to my ST) and there are lots and lots of seats left all round the ground.TonbridgeClaret wrote: ↑Thu Aug 21, 2025 7:14 pmGuess the gate should be interesting for this game. Why can’t I buy under 12s tickets online at £5?
There is only the under 18 option at £10 each.
