It should be interesting if he does sue. He did plead guilty twice. No spin required though. This is just Trumps bought and owned AG doing his bosses bidding again. I just listened to Professor Alan Dershowitz point out that agreeing to plead guilty when charged by the FBI reduces your sentence ten fold. Apparently, Flynn's defence has cost him $10 million, they threatened to charge his son and we now know the FBI illegally witheld exculpatory evidence. Given all this it's a wonder that he did n't plead guilty earlier.
