Rovers @ Deadwood
Any idea when we will find out if the Rovers game @ Deadwood is to be moved to Sunday or Saturday lunch-time kick-off?

That weekend's TV games/kick off changes should be made by 17th February.

Are Rovers still referred to as the stain on the Y fronts of Lancashire?
Re: Rovers @ Deadwood
Local bobbies will probably want it moved to a Sunday morning 9 am kick off !alancal1973 wrote: ↑Fri Jan 20, 2023 8:27 pmAny idea when we will find out if the Rovers game @ Deadwood is to be moved to Sunday or Saturday lunch-time kick-off?

If either of us progress to round 6 of the FA Cup, it will have to be moved to a midweek won't it?

No way Sheffield will drop enough for us to win the title there no matter what we do IMO.nonayclaret wrote: ↑Sat Jan 21, 2023 12:44 ama few more good wins and we might be collecting the trophy at the game!

I think that's optimistic, but it would be nice and perhaps also lead to an easing of the long standing local tensions when the Rovers fans felt the need to politely applaud our success at the final whistle.

Re: Rovers @ Deadwood
We’d need to be 21 points clear of 3rd after the match to seal promotion, 22 mathematically but our goal difference is far superior.
Re: Rovers @ Deadwood
We might be up before then the way things are going! We'll have the cup quarter final that weekend anyway

They are the skidmark in the inside of the Y-fronts of Lancashire

Gap needs to be 25 points or more, the gap at 19 atm. I very much doubt we wont equal or better that.AfloatinClaret wrote: ↑Sat Jan 21, 2023 11:09 amI think that's optimistic, but it would be nice and perhaps also lead to an easing of the long standing local tensions when the Rovers fans felt the need to politely applaud our success at the final whistle.
