Re: Loyalty Points change
We didn't get any points for that season because there were none. If you bought your season ticket and left the money in, it was carried forward to 2021/22. So you got your points once.
Re: Loyalty Points change
I enquired over week ago what had happened to my loyalty points and have heard nothing

Re: Loyalty Points change
You just need to check them online
They are unlikely to respond to individual enquiries when 20,000 people are in the same boat.
They have already issued a statement as to what is happening and why.
Re: Loyalty Points change
Gone down to 2270. I’d roughly worked out I’d be down to 1800 previously so pretty pleased with that!
Re: Loyalty Points change
1750 (5 X 350, which includes 23/24) is the maximum ST points that anyone can get.

That's the maximum I think including all away league games and all FA Cup, League Cup and Europa League home and away.Rick_Muller wrote: ↑Wed Jul 12, 2023 2:25 pmwow - that equates to 99 additional games if my calculation is right![]()

Down from 9k to 2k, suppose only got myself to blame for not being able to go to as many away games anymore due to having kids

Re: Loyalty Points change
2090, sounds about right for me.
Odd that my Dad has 10 more considering we've done exactly the same games - except I have done 3 more away's (I think) in the period in question than him.

I didn’t do all those 99 games missed a handful including Everton away when it was 50 points. That’s probably why you’ve slightly more than me.ClaretTony wrote: ↑Wed Jul 12, 2023 2:33 pmThat's the maximum I think including all away league games and all FA Cup, League Cup and Europa League home and away.
Wonder what the sales bands are going to be.

Pleased to be in the upper echelons now, with all the season tickets and a decent away score.

Re: Loyalty Points change
Sorry, thought you said 5 seasons back included the 2023/24 season which would be from 2019/20
If first season being counted is 2018/19 then that’s 6 seasons
2018/19
2019/20
2020/21
2021/22
2022/23
2023/24
Is it 5 “seasons” being counted or 5 “season tickets” accounting for the Covid season?
(Maybe I shouldn’t be doing this whilst trying to sort data extract for work

Me 11,580 down to 2,500.
My old man 10,960 down to 2,490.
Selfishly hope the first priority period isn’t 2,500 as he’ll have narrowly missed out

Re: Loyalty Points change
My purchase history doesn't show tickets ordered through supporters club, are they likely to be included in my (2100) points please?
If not will there be a remediation process?
Thanks

Just buy the cheapest kids ticket on that number for a cheap home game. 10 points straight on.1989_claret wrote: ↑Wed Jul 12, 2023 3:14 pmMe 11,580 down to 2,500.

Re: Loyalty Points change
It’ll be interesting to see how tickets are released ie what point levels.
No issues with regulars having priority etc - we’ve gone from 9k to 2100. Probably do 7/10 aways a season…….
With the Luton game likely to be moved, I guess Forest on a Monday eve will be the first one under the new points system……..
As an aside tho, unless you can choose seats when buying tickets I’ve found that being in the first batch has often given us the worst seats (back row watching planes fly by at Newcastle, Man City back row, top tier so watched it on Sky Sports….Liverpool under that soddin roof, and even Man U in the cup…..)……lucky enough to be there tho I guess!!

Re: Loyalty Points change
You've been able to choose your seats last season. Only match I never chose for was Luton because I just wanted to get it done and we ended up on the 4th row.Jimmymaccer wrote: ↑Thu Jul 13, 2023 5:22 amIt’ll be interesting to see how tickets are released ie what point levels.

Re: Loyalty Points change
Will points earned this season be added on as it goes along or will they just be added in total at the end of the season?

Re: Loyalty Points change
So not really 5 years rolling then.
Does that mean they will need to keep adjusting the sales brackets as more people might hit top bracket during the season, rendering the new way of doing it a bit pointless.
Re: Loyalty Points change
Cheers.
I wonder how dynamic they'll be with the points required for different games or whether they'll just be pretty fixed like previous seasons.

Re: Loyalty Points change
As long as you buy your season ticket next year then presumably your points will stay around the same give or take the away games and cup games you attend.Granny WeatherWax wrote: ↑Thu Jul 13, 2023 9:16 amSo not really 5 years rolling then.

I’m guessing during the last 5 years the season ticket sales have been pretty similar each year - if in 2018/19 they were only 13k for example then yes you could have more people with more points next season.
But I thought the season ticket sales were pretty consistently around £16k so shouldn’t matter (I might be wrong on that)

Re: Loyalty Points change
If the club has any sense they’ll work out the cut off for the people that attend on average all home games and 2/3’s of away games. That can be done on a game by game basis. Then just leave the rest to all ST holders. The whole point of these schemes is to make sure the people who go home and away and barely miss a game get a ticket for the most in demand games. Which we know historically is very few for our club.
I say that as someone with a high points total and not a long way shy of that kind of average. So it doesn’t suit me personally, but we need to get away from this idea that someone who averages 9 away games a season is a better fan someone who does 8.
As most of our away games either don’t sell out or go to general sale to all ST holders, it means that any fan no matter how old or how new, knows that if they attend the majority, then sooner or later that loyalty will be rewarded.
If you pick and choose your away games then you can’t really complain that you’re not prioritised for the biggest.

Re: Loyalty Points change
It's a 5 full years rolling plus the current season. They may need to adjust the sales brackets to take account of increasing points totals but they'll be adjusting it anyway for certain low allocation games.Granny WeatherWax wrote: ↑Thu Jul 13, 2023 9:16 amSo not really 5 years rolling then.
