Setting up like this, with so many inexperienced youngsters is doing those new signings any good whatsoever.

Bit of a shambles to be honest but we’ve played 3 top sides. Don’t trust our defence at all.

Sorry for Trafford but he needs to serve an apprenticeship. Not blaming him for the goals specifically but the defence in front of him look lost. Muric might be the solution.

Al Dakhil might be having one of the worst premier league games I’ve ever seen.

Genuinely nothing has gone right for him. VK has hung him out to dry

Are we going to keep hearing this nonsense all season?

Muric would do absolutely nothing here.

Going to this 3 at the back or a 5 or whatever it is at HT has been a real disaster.

This is nothing to do with playing top sides. This is to do with poor tactics.

I think Vinny has to change his approach next game.

11 goals conceded in 3 games (for now). Kompany really needs a long hard think about how we set up next game. Trafford needs dropping for starters.

Getting what we deserve. Naive recruitment, unbalanced squad and naive tactics. This is going to take a complete reset to save this season.

I know we have played three good teams but my worry is that hammerings Like this are going to have a real negative on moral. So important to have a positive feel around such a young team.

Really poor :( and yet, going forward, really good. It’s everything from central midfield and behind that needs a total rethink.

We need to show some pragmatism I’m afraid with team selection. People perhaps starting to realise why Dyche (with no budget instead of £100m+) played the way we did in this division. It’s an entirely different kettle of fish and instead of shite like Ched Evans and Gary Madine bearing down on your mistakes, it’s Heung-Min Son.

He needs to put experience in there. This is the problem Southampton had last season. They signed good players but they were young and had no experience.

Yep had the complete opposite effect.

Kompany has a lot to learn at this level, one of them is being more pragmatic against these top sides.

They're good. Make no mistake.
We are vulnerable and too open.
This league is unrepentent and lessons are harsh but frequent.

Need experienced, strong characters down the spine.

Can't see Vincent lasting this year if he doesn't sort that defence out sharpish. Utter rubbish tactically and performance wise!

A poor shadow of last year's team.

Crap. Again.

Forget about the tactics and personal. Which are obviously not good enough at the moment.

Focus more on the absolute basic - we look nowhere near fit enough.

We tried something different with the back 5 and it didn't work. We had to try something though we were going to lose anyway.

We are too high and open. We are not good enough to do that in this league.

I’m hoping this is a watershed moment for VK and he adapts accordingly. I think we could be lethal on the counter just need steady the back line up first

Pace has shown he isn’t afraid to sack a manager.

I suspect you’re right, after spending over 100m I wonder how long they give him this season.

Agree with the fitness point. We’ve looked shattered second half. Berge first half was absolutely blowing.

Makes a mockery of those saying play Brownhill instead of Berge and suddenly we’re more tight, we’re even more wide open. I’d like to see Muric, Anass, Tresor, Ekdal and Taylor come into this side though.

Let’s not have any talk of sacking the manager.

Vinny is an intelligent man and an intelligent football manager. He’ll set up differently next time out.

You his mate? Have a look at his history. He's a wind-up merchant.

He talks nothing but laughable rubbish.

You think VK's ego is the problem? I don't think that is the issue at all.

For all the good in the 1st 25 minutes this second half has been appalling, let's have it right we currently don't even look competitive and the number of goals we are conceding is alarming to say the least

We were gashed in both halves. Something had to change, but the route VK went was strange.

As someone else said, VK isn’t an idiot. He’ll make changes.

Need the international break. Need Taylor, Cork and Brownhill more involved too i.e. PL experienced players. Also, PLEASE, let's try Muric. The defence seem to much calmer with him behind them.
