Han-Noah Massengo..
… throwing himself into all things Burnley! Seems genuinely over the moon to be here which is marvellous.

Makes a nice change from training at Gawthorpe and heading straight for MCR/Cheshire

Saw this data wheel on him from last season and what stuck out was being in the top 2% in the entire league when it comes to defensive duel success.

Great graphic!
Re: Han-Noah Massengo..
Posted it before but this guy is a little pocket dynamo not very big in stature ,could be a cross between Brian O’Neil ,and John Deary.

He'll do for me. Looks very smart in his white socks and Doc Marten loafers.
Re: Han-Noah Massengo..
Why does this look so good? Seems like we're going to see him play pretty soon. Guy is madly talented. And we got him for free?

Really good this. Can see him becoming a fan favourite pretty quickly given his tenacious play style on the pitch too.CoolClaret wrote: ↑Tue Sep 12, 2023 4:35 pmFew more from HN

That's the beaut of a design this season's horror show of an away shirt is supposed to be based on right?

They announced on the game against Spurs at half time, that the away kit was based on the light shone on the pitch from the floodlights, with the third kit based on the floodlights themselves.

Ah I see. That makes total sense because after all, we're the only club to have floodlights.ClaretInLeeds wrote: ↑Tue Sep 12, 2023 5:43 pmThey announced on the game against Spurs at half time, that the away kit was based on the light shone on the pitch from the floodlights

Looks like he’s well on the way to legend status and hasn’t even kicked a ball. He’d better be able to play!

I thought it was the one Massengo's wearing because it's yellow, claret and black.

Re: Han-Noah Massengo..
What name does he preferred being called ,Han - Noah ,Han,or Noah ?,I like to call them buy their preferred name when I’m screaming to encourage them on the Turf a la Jordan rather than Beyer, calling by their surname always reminds of Grammar School when the teachers called you your surname in a derogatory tone.

Re: Han-Noah Massengo..
He’s been well advised for sure , go out meet a few people , wear a strip ,get photographed with sh1tTy houses in the background . Will he be drinking bene and talking about the Orient game while singing no nay never ? He looks an exciting prospect and looking forward to seeing him in action , though people who think he’s “ just gone for a wander to connect with fans “ Jesus wept ! He probs thought he was in the 18th arrondissement.
Re: Han-Noah Massengo..
This guy's insta page is unreal, the video of his visit to the Congo it's like something a professional cinematographer could have made. I sense a claret legend in the making here.
Re: Han-Noah Massengo..
Check out the video on his Instagram page about his time in Bristol, seems very authentic to me and that he just gets it. He didn't need to go out and connect with the local area, not many footballers attempt such a connection, but it most certainly gets him off to a good start with us and I think he just has art and personality oozing through him.AlargeClaret wrote: ↑Tue Sep 12, 2023 9:08 pmHe’s been well advised for sure , go out meet a few people , wear a strip ,get photographed with sh1tTy houses in the background . Re: Han-Noah Massengo..
I often don’t understand the logic underpinning your posts and this is another one to add to the list. He didn’t have to go out and about round town - most players don’t - and to me he seems like somebody genuinely interested in the culture. You don’t have to be cynical about everything especially when there doesn’t seem to be any reasoning behind it.AlargeClaret wrote: ↑Tue Sep 12, 2023 9:08 pmHe’s been well advised for sure , go out meet a few people , wear a strip ,get photographed with sh1tTy houses in the background .
