Let me get this right is the foundation the lottery thing at £101 for the year and this gets you priority away games in the platinum period?

Can anyone show a link so I know its the right part of the website.

Being a Foundation member allows you to apply for an away ticket but there's only a small allocation and it's on a 1st come 1st served basis, so no guarantee of a ticket. Also, they can't apply online but have to ring in for tickets.

I got mine but a friend of mine who had to buy his own when f&f didn’t work didn’t get an email although he went into his purchase history, hit resend email and got it.

They’ve since increased our points but I’ve still had 790 taken off rather than 650.

So, ordered tickets but only after having completed the transaction does it say tickets will be posted out unless I’d otherwise specified during the transaction. I didn’t see any option re post/collect and Will be away before the match so would prefer to collect. However even tho I changed address last year and updated things online, the postal address now quoted in the confirmation is my old one!!!

This despite looking the other day and in the overview section it shows just a postcode, but it’s my new current one!!!

Any idea how to check/update the full add in the site?

Does he have the required number of points?

I've just tried it to test and it worked for me. I selected a ticket, went to checkout and re-assigned it. Give us a bell if you are struggling and we can try and sort it.

I’m not going to the game but have just done a run through for myself and the 4 others that I’ve in my F&F, one of which doesn’t have the required points.

I was able to assign them all without any issues and received and got the excepted error for the one without enough points by clicking the assign button

I have spoken to Tony and I don't think there is the facility to order tickets against F&F accounts if you don't have the required number of points yourself. Sort of defeats the object somewhat...

Think you would have to set up an account for the person who has the required points herts

You have to log in with an account that has the required number of points, select the tickets needed then allocate them to F&F, but only if they also have the required points

Exactly the same issue as Herts had - he was trying to buy for someone with enough points but it wouldn't allow it because he doesn't have the points, even though he wasn't buying one for himself. The old system allowed that.

The main away stand is behind the goals and holds around 1200 and there's also a very small away stand to the left on the side.

Oak Road tickets are behind the goal, the other section is on the side, right in the corner of the new stand.

I ordered 3 this am - no issues at all, seemed straightforward enough - if you (or any F&F) don't have enough points for the relevant period it won't be permitted, but that's no different to what it was prior to the new system

Interesting as both mine were assigned to my clarets number rather than mine and my sons which I picked from the F&F list.

I ordered 6 yesterday (eventually) no problem, all assigned to Family and Friends with over 2000 points. I needed a seventh which I wasn't able to get yesterday, possibly as the seventh person had 2000 points exactly rather than "over 2000" points. But it could have been that the club simply continue to limit ticket orders to a maximum of six per transaction. Any road up, I logged in today and managed to get the seventh. As it's all free seating at Luton, happy days!

There's no doubt it's a bit of a pain loading up Family and Friends again, and it's all a bit clunky, but we'll get used to it.
