First glance, that was all nuts.

Second glance, off arm, but in natural position.

We are allowed a poor opening 20 mins, ya know!! Most games we've dominated. Would be happy to play crap but win. Let's see how it pans out. We usually dominate and it's not enough; we're on the back front and it's not enough. STFU for once people and see what happens. We can judge at the end of the game.

Sheff Utd are playing crap and winning. They should have been battered by Pompy.

He’s never played difficult to prove himself, Laurent consistently poor , there’s two reasons

I think the experiment of Laurent playing right wing is going to be short lived.

Be lucky to finish 0-0 in this one. Really sloppy start, let's hope the game settles and we start to show some quality.

Hasn't had a chance to prove anything, ridiculous comment.
Has had weeks in training. Ridiculous to suggest someone who's come in from a mickey mouse league at not even one of the big clubs comes in to replace a regular who's shown quality and worth.

I’m with you on this. Wednesday are playing out of their skin right now. It happens. We did it numerous times in the Premier League.
They’re up for it. We need to steady ourselves. Blimey, give them a chance!

We need someone who can properly manage the talent we have at our disposal. This is looking like one of our worst performances this season given we should be 3-0 down, at home, after 20 minutes.

Parker is obviously not that man.
Yet it's funny how people never said at the PNE game we should be 2 up in the 2nd half, and that was a crap performance... When it's the other team who should've scored it's fine yet when it's us we're crap and worst performance of the season. Talk about double standards!!

In all seriousness, technical ability wise Edwards looks a level above.

Todays tactic seems to be get him the ball and hope something happens

I've said many times we need 4 across the middle, whether you play 3 at the back or drop a winger to facilitate it is debatable, but games like this where we seem to have no midfield are too common.

That's what post-match threads are for.

This is the match thread where people comment on the game in real time. If it's crap, posters will say so.

I hope the post-match threads are full of positivity, because it will mean we've eventually played well and won.

Even though he's not had a great deal of the ball, you can tell Edwards is a level above this league.

Wednesday are undoubtedly playing well, but our Plan A just isn't working. Still, Edwards has had a couple of touches that show real quality.

Unsurprisingly, a midfield of Cullen and Laurent (and to a lesser extent Hannibal), is proving to be extremely dull.

Laurent has shown many times he's a real asset, but none of the Midfield look good in this system.
Replace Pires with Brownhill and we'd see a completely different animal and Wednesday wouldn't have a look in.
If only.......

Laurent has to make way second half. We are sitting so deep. Not singling him out as most haven't had a good game, but we're not set up to attack. Again.
