Season tickets Cricket Field Stand
Just logged into my ticketing account and my old ticket (seat from last season) has reappeared I have had an email saying I will receive information on how to access my ticket for next season by the 10th of August. My new ticket for the new season is not there!
Anyone else’s still got last seasons seat or had communication about the new season tickets other than an email telling you your new seat number?

My ticket is there with the new seat number. However only two options either put on seat exchange or forward to a friend. Can't see anything to download.

As it stands we’ll have no home fans in the CFS for the Sunderland game. Nobody can access their tickets despite the 10th August date that the club said this would be possible from.

Why is there also a thread where people are posting whether their season ticket has arrived in the post or not?

Re: Season tickets Cricket Field Stand
CFS is digital tickets only for the start of the season. I presume as they don’t have time to get the new allocated seat locations on season cards printed quick enough. The rest of the season ticket holders around the ground are getting new season cards delivered now.Father Jack wrote: ↑Wed Aug 13, 2025 9:21 pmWhy is there also a thread where people are posting whether their season ticket has arrived in the post or not?

Maybe because some have previously been sent to the wrong address? Beyond that I haven't a clue.Father Jack wrote: ↑Wed Aug 13, 2025 9:21 pmWhy is there also a thread where people are posting whether their season ticket has arrived in the post or not?

Re: Season tickets Cricket Field Stand
Might have something to do with the way we have all been treated like second class supporters with the sh!tty way the club have moved us. Some of us don’t know what seats we’re in yet! My formal complaint about the process has been ignored, and personal issues I have raised with the club have also been ignored. I have responded to the official email regarding the changes using the feedback form online, emailed the club, phoned the club and not had any responses about what they can do to sort out my issues.
So, knowing where my seat will be and having the digital ticket available my go some way to alleviate the anxiety and concerns I may have about whether it’s worth me driving a 400 mile round trip in 10 days or not. I like to plan and be prepared. It’s not like I can just drop into the ticket office and discuss it like many fans can.

Appalling way to treat your own supporters, but nothing surprises me after my own dealings with the current ownership in recent times.Rick_Muller wrote: ↑Wed Aug 13, 2025 9:31 pmMight have something to do with the way we have all been treated like second class supporters with the sh!tty way the club have moved us. Unsympathetic, unprofessional, negligent, obstructive. Ultimately they just don’t care.

6 of us seated together since the stand opened back up to BFC fans (actually more than six) as we purchase our tickets individually we look like solo attendees and have been allocated seats no where near each other, in different blocks.

I would email there and say you wish to raise a complaint and would like this email passed to the Chief Executives office or you want the email address for the CEO or their PA.
It's not acceptable that nobody is giving you the courtesy of a reply.

Ticketmaster trend, for big concerts, is moving tickets to be available only 36-48 hours ahead of the event. Reduces ticket fraud apparently.dougcollins wrote: ↑Wed Aug 13, 2025 8:18 pmPeace of mind?

Re: Season tickets Cricket Field Stand
I used that address, along with slo@burnleyfc.com in the original message I sent almost a week ago. I used the clubs on Feedback form (for which I took a copy of offline) from their message to us about the CFS changes - it asks for contact details etc. All of this info now forwarded to somebody higher up the chain (found email address on LinkedIn). I wont hold my breath for any reasonable remediation though as it appears as if the Chairman has his mind made up as far as I understand.Claretnick wrote: ↑Fri Aug 15, 2025 11:48 amI have always used this email address and always had a reply or acknowledgement

I know that they will think my queries are unreasonable, but in essence they are not. Both myself and my son have different disabilities which will be affected by the move to the different seats, and my son is refusing to attend because of the change and my query is about changing his Season Ticket from U18 to an adult ticket instead. I've had nothing. When I phoned up I couldn't get through to anyone who could help and they suggested emailing instead, which I did.
The scary part is, I suspect there are many like me who feel aggrieved yet no one at the club appears to be wanting to engage and all it will take is a little understanding and someone to address the issues and concerns.

The buck stops with Alan Pace as chairman and it is a disgrace the way he has alienated one third of the stadium before a ball is kicked.
It will be interesting to see if he does a walkabout before the Sunderland game....

I thought people just roved around and grouped together in the CFS, leaving an actual seat as pointless.Loyalclaret wrote: ↑Wed Aug 13, 2025 11:33 pm6 of us seated together since the stand opened back up to BFC fans (actually more than six) as we purchase our tickets individually we look like solo attendees and have been allocated seats no where near each other, in different blocks.

I agree with Rick and have said it before, it's the communication and shabby treatment. I have an e-mail every day about the sale of the second strip, membership scheme, match tickets etc. Not one about my ST but as Ian McL points out, you can stand(sit) where you want really so quite relaxed on that front, it is getting into the ground at the minute that is a concern. I too like Rick will be travelling next Saturday but do not want waste it going to the ticket office which will be a shambles next Saturday

Apologies if this has been covered before and for slightly deviating from the thread subject, but I heard it mentioned at the Spurs game that season ticket holders who don’t attend a home game, for whatever reason, will have Clarets points deducted.
This cannot be the case, or is it?

Shouldn't be but anyone not attending a game won't get the extra 5 points which are being awarded for attendance at a game. The Hung Juror wrote: ↑Mon Aug 18, 2025 12:08 pmApologies if this has been covered before and for slightly deviating from the thread subject, but I heard it mentioned at the Spurs game that season ticket holders who don’t attend a home game, for whatever reason, will have Clarets points deducted.

Re: Season tickets Cricket Field Stand
Cheers for that.
However, it seems very harsh to disadvantage those who are unable to attend for very good reason, having paid full price for a season ticket.
My daughter is a nurse at Blackburn Royal infirmary and therefore due to shifts will not be able to attend all games this season.
Bad enough she has to miss games having paid for them, but also she misses out on the points meaning she will never get to the 2000 point cut off and is ever being left behind.

When she can't attend a game, if she puts her ticket on the Exchange she'll get the same 5 points as if she had actually attended. The Hung Juror wrote: ↑Mon Aug 18, 2025 2:02 pmCheers for that.

Well it gets better
I am wanting to purchase a ticket for the Derby cup match. However my season ticket has not appeared yet, still showing my old seat in the, now, away section and if I read the ticket info correctly I only have 2 days, tomorrow and Wednesday, to buy my seat then they go on general sale to anyone.

Unfair on those of us in the CF stand, we aren't fortunate enough to have access to the exchange scheme. So not only miss out on recouping a little cash if unable to attend, now lose out on points against ticket holders in every other stand.
It all seems a little ill thought out and unfair IMO.

Just a guess, but maybe try sending an email to an address similar to j.holroyd@burnleyfc.com and see if you get any response. I've usually found when dealing with big companies in the past the CEO's email address isn't too difficult to work out with a bit of trial and error. You might get a response.

Re: Season tickets Cricket Field Stand
Just spoke to the ticket office and digital season tickets are being emailed out some time this afternoon.
Physical season ticket cards will be available as well but you will have to collect them from the ticket office yourself.
Probably going to be a big queue outside the ticket office before the game on saturday for people who can't get down before then.
Not particulary great being given 4 days notice before 1st home game of the season!
