Any suggestion of loyalty points being added when purchasing tickets for this game?

Let's hope it's better than last time Derby visited Turf Moor. That was a poor game last season.

Loyalty points will be awarded for attendance, not purchase.

That’ll be to stop sneaky people purchasing their nephews a ticket for £5 for the night cup games that he was unable to attend just to build his points up
Not that I ever did that

It's definitely not been chosen for telly then?
Re: 2025/26: Burnley v Derby County – Cup Ticket Information
All games were televised in the last round
Re: 2025/26: Burnley v Derby County – Cup Ticket Information
Thought it would make sense to not open the full ground for this one.
Re: 2025/26: Burnley v Derby County – Cup Ticket Information

They don't add them at purchase now - people were buying tickets, getting their points and then getting refunds, so they apply them after the game. The Spurs points went on yesterday.Higham_Claret wrote: ↑Fri Aug 15, 2025 5:45 pmAny suggestion of loyalty points being added when purchasing tickets for this game?

Currently showing as no longer on sale! I’m assuming this is a temporary glitch.
Re: 2025/26: Burnley v Derby County – Cup Ticket Information
I also got that message about no longer on sale
You have to login and then go to your account and then manage tickets to get it. It was well hidden!!

Click on the top right to get your profile and you should see Carabao Cup Reserved Tickets - the problem I had was that I could only assign tickets for friends & family and needed to manage them. I had to phone the ticket office. They set them all up as manage and then they became available online.

Re: 2025/26: Burnley v Derby County – Cup Ticket Information
Thanks. I must be getting a bit slow or maybe it’s a stupid way to sell tickets! Of course it could be that I have missed the full and clear instructions in which case I’m definitely slowing down in my understanding.

Click on the log-in avatar (outline of head) and then a pop-up box opens within which should be Manage My Tickets specifically stating Carabao Cup. Clicking on that presents you with the option to purchase your assigned seat. I hope this helps.

With reference to the screenshot image, if you click on the head and shoulders icon, then within the pop-up box that appears you should see a heading Manage My Tickets and look for the Carabao Cup link

Decent effort to sell out the whole ground in 20 minutes for a below average League cup draw

Tony - Where on the Club website does it tell you to do this? On the website under How to purchase I've clicked on buy 'Online' and can't even see this game!ClaretTony wrote: ↑Tue Aug 19, 2025 11:00 amyou are looking in the wrong place.

You need a degree to navigate this ticketing site.

Me neither Pete, I've even had an email stating that I can claim my seat but it doesn't show when I've clicked on that! Currently at position 7 in the queue on the phone!
Re: 2025/26: Burnley v Derby County – Cup Ticket Information
Worked fine here as per Higham Claret's advice above.

I agree CT. I only fathomed it out courtesy of other posters’ kind contributions above. I was keen to share it on a timely basis with others struggling with the process

Tony’s answered it above. You have to phone up.
It’s far harder than it needs to be, but that’s the answer.

Re: 2025/26: Burnley v Derby County – Cup Ticket Information
Not even an option to buy any Derby tickets online now. What a mess this is. Aren’t we supposed to be in the premier league?
Re: 2025/26: Burnley v Derby County – Cup Ticket Information
I had the same problem, couldn't buy for anyone on my 'Family & Friends'.
I rang the ticket office about 10.30am and was told I was no.30 in the queue, I didn't bother hanging on.
I rang again at 12.30pm to be told I was no.2 in the queue.
The young girl who I spoke with said she would change my account to enable me to manage tickets for my Family & Friends.
When I logged back in I was then able to buy other tickets as well as my own.

I managed to buy our three ST seats - it was a doddle.
They were already reserved in my basket when I logged in.

Re: 2025/26: Burnley v Derby County – Cup Ticket Information
It changed at some point last season, around the time I purchased season tickets, that you had to set up to manage the tickets, I think someone put the instructions on here.Targetman wrote: ↑Tue Aug 19, 2025 1:16 pmI had the same problem, couldn't buy for anyone on my 'Family & Friends'.

Once done it been easy to buy tickets for those you manage, and to put them on the exchange etc etc
Re: 2025/26: Burnley v Derby County – Cup Ticket Information
The assumption is they can't do the whole stadium map thing because at the minute the tickets are only available for current ST holders to reserve their seats.
Once that reserve drops off, the familiar map will be available.
