I've not said anything about changing arrangements to how they have been sold. Regular updates, like many clubs do, would be fairly useful to supporters in hurrying them along in buying them before missing out. That may well be their own fault but I just think it's something the club should do as they have done in the past.

The bus thing is an absolute farce, my late uncle lived in Blackburn so had to travel to Burnley to get a bus back to Blackburn. Does any other rivalry get this treatment?

It might. But who's missed out? The people that weren't bothered enough to make it a priority. Who's got tickets? The people that were bothered enough. It's been a level playing field. Regular updates might be of interest, but they wouldn't help in ensuring that the keenest fans get the tickets.

Was there even a restriction on buying? Was it one per ST holder? I'll feel a whole lot better about missing out if so.

I think many that missed out were the doom mongers or their willing or unwitting disciples, that feared being amongst a sparse Couple of thousand 'muppets' as South West Clarets labelled ticket buyers and be subjected to an Accy style embarrassment.
All of a sudden they are missing out and like my missus who doesn't buy something on offer cheap for fear it's rubbish and then is all shocked when they sell out and berates them for them not getting more of the once only end of line offer.

Speaking of lower tier / upper tier

Anyone fancy swapping some lower tier tickets 1xAdult, 1x under 12.. for upper tier

Football superstition... been in upper last 2 visits and we won.. previous visits have been in lower tier

I remember having to watch the blake goal game in a pub in town and the atmosphere there was even brilliant - if you cant get up for this game in either tier then it's a massive shame.

I have an upper tier 18-22 that I'd like to swap for a lower tier (if you'd be happy with this for the u12).

Edit: Being the idiot I am realised I wouldn't get away with the u12 anyway

I believe their online ticket sales has been down since early last week - they haven't put a notice on the website to let people know though the ticket office are fully aware - bizarre - you would think they need the money - given their debt, FFP in league one etc.

They'll be lucky if there is 15,000 on looking at that. Blackburn upper shut. Segregation in Jack walker and shed. We will clearly be responsible for fetching the big match atmosphere.

With Legzdins, Anderson, Ulvestad and Agyei all playing for the U23's today, it seems unlikely any of them will be involved on Wednesday.

Don't be too critical they have thoughtfully provided a large grassed area by the riverside for their horses that are housed in the stable area between the Riverside and the Blackburn end.
