We can't play Cork City. They're in the other half of the draw.
The possible opponents are on this site.

We are in the "League" path. The "champions" path is a completely separate draw until the group stages.
In Round 2, we play any of the teams listed on the "unseeded" side, or their first round conquerors. All the teams in bold are exempt to round 2, all the teams not in bold have to play in round 1.
In Round 3, we play any of the teams listed on the "unseeded" side, or their second round conquerors.
[Or just possibly, if that team was knocked out in Round 1, we play the team that won the Round 2 game that our drawn opponents would have played.] Same as before with teams in bold.
In Round 4, we're not seeded at present because there are 13 seeds and we are 19th. But if 6 of the teams seeded above us are knocked out in round 2, then we become seeded. Note that it makes no difference to our seeding if higher ranked teams get knocked out in round 3, because the round 4 draw will have already been made.
The real confusion is because the draws are made early. So Seville, for example, are the highest ranked team and will be seeded in every round. But if Seville are beaten by (say) Coleraine in round 2, then Coleraine take over their seeding and opponents for round three; nobody moves up any places. But in round 4, Coleraine will be bottom of the heap, and everyone else moves up one. If Seville lose to (say) Aberdeen in Round 3, then Aberdeen take over their seeding and opponents for round 4.
(Round 4 is what UEFA call the play-off round.)
