The Dolly Blues confirmed this afternoon that they had strengthened their defensive ranks with the loan signing of Dan Moss on a work experience loan until the end of the season and that he is expected to feature at Hyde in tomorrow’s league game.

They’ve had problems defensively with one central defender suffering a long term injury and another deciding to take a break from the game and they’ve moved to fill one of those gaps with Moss whose release last week was something of a surprise.

He has missed part of this season with injury but was the player who came close to taking us through in the FA Youth Cup, smashing a shot from well outside the box onto the underside of the bar.

He’ll now play in the Evo-Stik Premier Division for the remainder of the season with Lancaster having eight games still to play.
