refsbannerBurnley’s game at Newcastle next Wednesday, the Premier League have confirmed, will be refereed by Simon Hooper from Select Group 2. For Hooper it will be just a second Premier League game; his first was at Norwich in August 2015. His last Burnley game was our League Cup win at Blackburn earlier in the season.

There will be more information as we build up to the game next week.
