The FA have confirmed that Sunday’s FA Cup fourth round tie against Fulham at Craven Cottage will be refereed by Andy Madley whose last Burnley game was the home League Cup defeat against Manchester City. Simon Hooper will be the fourth official with Chris Kavanagh on VAR duty.
